IOPC urges probe of Suffolk Police over Victoria Hall investigation
The Independent Office for Police Conduct has told Suffolk Police to investigate potential failings in its 1999 to 2001 inquiry into the murder of 17-year-old Victoria Hall after the force referred related complaints.
