Judge suspends automated access cameras and sanctions at La Manseguilla

A Jaén administrative court has provisionally halted the operation of cameras, access controls and automated fines installed by La Guardia de Jaén at the La Manseguilla boundary and ordered no restrictions on passage until a final ruling.
