West Midlands Police say a man aged about 40 to 50 was found in a green-lidded wheelie bin in Cash's Park and they suspect he was hit by a vehicle before being moved to the scene.

  • Victim believed to be aged 40 to 50 and was discovered in a Coventry City Council bin with a green lid by a member of the public.
  • Police believe the man was struck by a vehicle and later moved to the park.

  • Police ask anyone who may have hit someone, seen vehicle damage, had a green-lidded bin stolen, or has dashcam or CCTV to contact West Midlands Police.
