Mar 10th 2026

Scout CEO Scott Keogh says early prototypes will arrive in 2026, production iterations will continue through 2027, and customer deliveries are expected in 2028.

  • CEO Scott Keogh told the Automotive Press Association that Scout expects vehicles in customers' hands sometime in 2028.
  • Scout plans to build early prototypes in 2026 and run multiple production iterations through 2027.
  • The company originally said vehicles would come down the line in 2027 but clarified deliveries will come later.
  • A February Der Spiegel report flagged technical challenges, and Keogh said those are normal hurdles not insurmountable roadblocks.
  • Keogh confirmed a towing gap between range extended Harvester models at about 5,000 pounds and full EV variants up to 10,000 pounds and said Scout has unspecified solutions.
