Sebastian Marset arrested in Bolivia and handed to U.S. authorities

Sebastian Marset, a Uruguayan accused of leading a major cocaine trafficking and money laundering network, was arrested in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, handed to DEA agents and flown to the United States on Friday.
