The company says it has aligned all major nuclear and non-nuclear parts for the SOLO design.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission filed key reports to start the formal safety review, with technical assessments expected by October 2026.
SOLO is a 1 MWe micro-modular reactor built mainly from off-the-shelf components and aimed at behind-the-meter uses like data centers and remote sites.
The platform is compatible with LEU+ and HALEU fuel options to adapt to changing fuel supplies.
Terra Innovatum has non-binding commitments for up to 100 units and envisages scaling to modular clusters that could deliver up to 1 GW of power.
