An early Sunday blast outside the US embassy in Oslo caused minor damage but no injuries, and three brothers have been arrested as suspects in a probe being treated as a terror attack.

Three Norwegian brothers in their 20s with links to Iraq were arrested in connection with the blast.
An improvised device is suspected to have been placed at the embassy entrance, causing minor damage and no injuries.
Police say the incident is being treated as a suspected terror bombing and are investigating motives including possible foreign state involvement.
Investigators used dogs, drones and helicopters and examined a deleted Google Maps video that featured Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The explosion occurred at about 02:00 local time on Sunday at the US embassy consular entrance on Morgedalsvegen Street in the Ullern district of Oslo.
Norwegian authorities and the US State Department are both investigating and the suspects will be questioned, police attorney Christian Hatlo said.
